About this game

Star Shepherd is a one-input survival odyssey across the aurora highlands. You guide a wandering shepherd whose loyal comets circle them in a bright, humming orbit — and the night is full of shadow wolves that want the light. You never press an attack button: the comets strike anything the orbit touches, so every fight is a question of footwork. Steer with a finger, a mouse, a stick, or a TV remote; the shepherd follows wherever you point. Fallen shadows burst into stardust that streams into your satchel, and every satchel milestone stops time for the run's defining moment: three upgrade cards. Another comet in the orbit? A faster, hungrier spin? Or swifter boots and a wider stardust pull? Each choice bends the whole run — six comets whirling at double speed feels nothing like a lean, untouchable sprinter build. The highlands ramp honestly: lone wolves become packs, packs bring hulking alphas that shrug off two hits and keep coming. Dance between them, herd the swarm into your orbit, and see how deep into the night a good build and better footwork can take you. Movement is the only verb — mastery is everything else.
