Privacy policy

Minimal by design. 121Games works without accounts. We do not require registration, and we do not sell personal data.

What stays on your device. Your best scores and the games you create are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device unless you share a link.

What we process. When you create a game, the text of your prompt is sent to our generation service to design the game, and is stored with the resulting game for provenance and safety review. Do not include personal information in prompts.

Content safety. Prompts pass automated safety filtering. Prompts that request harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit content are refused.

Analytics & your choice. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate usage (page views, play counts, game creation and sharing) so we can improve the platform. Advertising signals (ad storage, ad user data, ad personalization) are disabled by default — we serve no ads. A consent banner lets you choose "Essential only", which also turns off analytics measurement without affecting gameplay or your account; your choice is stored on your device and applied on every visit.

AI transparency. Games generated from prompts are labeled as AI-generated, visibly and in machine-readable form, consistent with EU AI Act Article 50.
