Terms of service

The service. 121Games provides browser games and an AI-assisted game creation tool, free of charge, as-is.

Your prompts, your games. You keep rights to the ideas you submit. You grant us a license to host, display, and operate the games generated from your prompts on the platform. Generated games are compositions over our engine; the engine and platform remain ours.

Acceptable use. Do not submit prompts that are unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringe others' rights (including trademarked characters and copyrighted worlds). We may refuse or remove content that violates these rules.

No warranty. Games are provided for entertainment. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or preservation of locally-stored games.

Fair play. Automated scraping, abuse of the generation service, and attempts to disrupt the platform are prohibited.

Changes. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version.
