Harbor Stacker turns the tower formula into a dockside spectacle. You are the crane operator loading the world's tallest container ship: the crane swings faster with every crate, and every overhang is sheared off into the sea. Perfect drops keep the full container and earn triple points with a dockworker's cheer. As the stack climbs, the camera rises past gulls and gantries, the swing accelerates, and each drop becomes a bet against your own greed. One sloppy crate can halve your platform; three perfect ones can rebuild it. Precision cargo work with the soul of an arcade classic. The deep skill is release anticipation. The crane's swing follows a pendulum curve — fastest at center, slowest at the edges — so the same reaction time costs different distances depending on where you commit. Veteran operators release a fixed fraction BEFORE visual alignment, and they calibrate that lead in the first three low-stakes crates, treating the opening of every run as a rangefinder. Since overhang loss compounds, the strategic rule is ruthless: protect platform width above all, because a narrow deck makes every subsequent drop harder in a spiral that rarely reverses.
